Job Description
£42,000 + Excellent Benefits | Hybrid Working
Our client is a prestigious Chartered Private Client Wealth Management firm based in Central London. We’ve partnered with them for nearly a decade and have successfully placed the majority of their team. They are now seeking an experienced and proactive Client Services and Office Co-ordinator to support the day-to-day operations of the business, as well as provide personal assistance to their dynamic and entrepreneurial Managing Director.
This is a varied and engaging role, combining PA responsibilities with office coordination and marketing support. You will assist the MD with diary management and correspondence, distribute company literature and monthly newsletters, help manage marketing initiatives, and play a key role in organising client events and seminars. You’ll act as the main liaison for these events, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
You will also be responsible for meeting preparation — collecting, recording, and accurately uploading client documentation to the firm’s CRM system. As a client-facing business with a strong service ethic, building trusted relationships with clients will be a central part of your role — whether in person, over the phone, or via email.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience in a PA, marketing, or administrative support role, preferably within financial services. However, the firm places a strong emphasis on attitude, aptitude, and cultural fit, and is open to candidates from other backgrounds who bring energy, initiative, and professionalism.
In return, you’ll receive full on-the-job training, ongoing support, and a generous benefits package, including hybrid working, a bonus scheme, and regular team social events. If you're looking to join a firm that values integrity, collaboration, and long-term relationships — with both clients and staff — this could be the perfect next step in your career.
