Senior Partner | Specialised Recruitment in Financial Services
Our client is one of the leading Chartered Private Client Wealth Management firms in central London. We have worked closely with them for nearly 10 years, placing the majority of their staff within the business. They are now looking for additional support with the day to day running of the office and personal support that is provided to the charismatic and very entrepreneurial MD. This is a very varied and interesting role, where you will be acting as the MD’s PA, co-ordinating and distributing company literature and monthly newsletters to clients and assisting with marketing projects. In addition, you will be responsible for managing regular client events and seminars, acting as the first point with all relevant parties.
As clients attending meetings in the office, you will be responsible for collecting and distribution of personal documentation ahead of the Advisers meeting them, you will also need to ensure they are recoded accurately on the firms CRM system. The firm is very client centric and prides it’s self on the exceptionally high levels of service they provide, you will be an integral part of this process and will be expected to build genuine relationships with these clients, both in person, via email and the phone. If you are looking for a truly supportive and highly ethical firm that values both staff and clients equally, then this would be an excellent move for you. The ideal candidate would have some previous experience within a PA, marketing or office administration role, ideally within a firm that works in the Financial Services sector, but attitude, aptitude and personality are more important, so our client is happy to be flexible for the right person.
Full on the job training and support will be provided, along with a very competitive benefits package, hybrid working, bonus and regular company social events.
