Join a dynamic financial planning firm as an Administrator within a centralised support team. This is a fast-paced, detail-driven role where you'll play a key part in maintaining accurate client records, processing applications, and supporting advisers with high-quality administrative service.
What You'll Do:
- Manage client data and documentation with precision
- Liaise with providers and internal teams to progress financial advice
- Prepare reports, valuations, and meeting materials
- Support client reviews and ensure compliance standards are met
- Attend team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement
What You’ll Bring:
- 1–2 years’ experience in financial administration
- Strong knowledge of pensions, investments, and the advice process
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Intelligent Office experience a plus
