This is far more than a traditional paraplanning role. You will work closely with successful Advisers, providing end-to-end support while developing the skills and experience required to move towards an advisory position. We are working with one of the UK's leading Chartered Wealth Management firms, a business we have partnered with for more than 10 years and where we have successfully placed many professionals. The firm has grown consistently through organic expansion, more than tripling in size during that time. Following the promotion of a Senior Paraplanner we originally placed, who is now progressing into an advisory role and taking over a retiring Adviser's client bank, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Paraplanner to follow a similar career path.

As your confidence grows, you will attend client meetings, contribute to research and recommendation discussions, and become increasingly involved in presenting financial planning solutions. Exposure to cashflow modelling is beneficial but not essential; full training and support will be provided to help you develop your technical and client-facing skills. You will be mentored by an exceptional Paraplanning Manager, widely regarded as one of the strongest technical professionals in the market, within a collaborative and supportive team environment where professional development is genuinely encouraged.

The firm offers flexible working, with the opportunity to work from home two to three days per week once established in the role, alongside a comprehensive benefits package, generous bonus scheme, full study support and regular team and company events.

What we're looking for:

  • Level 4 Diploma qualified
  • Minimum two years' paraplanning experience
  • Strong technical knowledge and a desire to continue developing
  • Ambition to build a long-term career within financial planning

If you're looking for a role that can genuinely shape the next stage of your career, we'd be delighted to tell you more.
