Employed Lifestyle‑led planning firm. I’m working with a growing wealth management firm that’s looking for an experienced, confident Financial Adviser with a proven ability to bring in new clients. Chartered status isn’t essential – but a strong track record of generating business absolutely is.
This is not a role that requires an existing client bank. What my client needs is someone who can hit the ground running, build relationships quickly, and bring maturity and commercial awareness to a younger, developing team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Operating as a well‑rewarded new business adviser
- Generating new clients within your first 90 days
- Delivering lifestyle‑focused, client‑centric financial planning
- Collaborating with a supportive back‑office and paraplanning team
- Bringing confidence, presence and professionalism to a growing private‑client offering
What you’ll bring:
- Level 4 qualified Financial Adviser (Chartered not essential)
- Proven track record of winning new clients
- Strong relationship‑building skills and commercial drive
- Ability to work independently while supporting a developing team
- A mature, credible approach aligned with lifestyle financial planning
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £75,000 (experience‑dependent)
- Extensive back‑office support
- PMI, CIC, Income Protection, Health Cash Plan
- Last Friday of every month off
- 4pm finish every Friday
- A role ideal for someone who’s earned their stripes and wants a balanced, rewarding next step
If you’re an adviser who knows how to win clients, build trust and deliver meaningful planning – and you want a role with support, balance and long‑term stability – I’d love to speak with you confidentially.
