The Role
As a Chartered Paraplanner, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting Advisers and contributing to the firm’s mission of delivering tailored, high-quality financial planning. You’ll work closely with the Paraplanning Manager and wider team to produce accurate recommendations, suitability reports, and client review assessments across investments, pensions (including DB schemes), protection, and complex tax planning.
You’ll also have the opportunity to contribute to proposition governance, share technical insights, and support client meetings—both virtually and face-to-face.
What We’re Looking For
- Chartered Status (CII) is essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a busy financial planning environment
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and tax
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Confident communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Proficiency in Adobe, Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems (Enable preferred)
