Responsibilities
  • Managing and developing an established portfolio of clients, including those transitioning from other advisers
  • Delivering holistic, independent financial planning advice across pensions, investments, retirement planning and tax strategies
  • Building long-term relationships with clients and their families
  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities through referrals, networking and firm-generated leads
  • Maintaining the highest standards of compliance, ethics and professionalism
  • Collaborating with internal paraplanning and support teams to ensure excellent client outcomes
  • Supporting junior advisers or paraplanners through mentoring or informal leadership
Requirements
  • Chartered Financial Planner status (essential)
  • Previous experience in a Financial Adviser or Financial Planning role
  • Strong technical knowledge across holistic financial planning areas
  • Excellent client relationship and communication skills
  • A professional, ethical and client-first approach
  • Proven ability to develop and grow client relationships
  • Experience working with high-quality private clients
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous but not essential
