Job Description
An exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding financial planning firm with a strong presence across multiple UK locations. The role offers access to high-quality inbound leads, robust back-office support, and the chance to influence and enhance planning processes at a senior level.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio
- Conduct regular client reviews and build new business through referrals and personal connections
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate with paraplanners
- Present proposals to board-level executives
What You Bring:
- Chartered Status or working towards it
- Proven experience as an Independent Financial Adviser
- Strong knowledge of EIS, VCTs, Business Relief, and cashflow planning tools (Voyant preferred)
- A track record of exceeding targets
- Confidence, technical precision, and leadership skills
- Client following preferred but not essential.
