Job Description
Chartered Financial Planner – Manage £35m+ AUMCentral London | Basic £75,000 + £25,000 Bonus | OTE £100k+Hybrid or Fully Remote (with travel to London for client meetings)
We are proud to continue our long-standing partnership with this award-winning Chartered Wealth Management firm, having supported their growth for over a decade. Independent by design and with no intention of selling to a consolidator, they offer an outstanding platform for ambitious Financial Planners — including a clear route to Partnership.
One of the firm’s highest-performing Partners is now seeking to hand over an initial portfolio of c.£35m in Assets Under Management (AUM) to a highly capable, Chartered Financial Planner. As their client base has expanded significantly, they’re looking for someone to take on a carefully curated book of longstanding, loyal clients. Once strong relationships have been built, a further tranche of clients will also be passed across.
This is a rare opportunity to focus purely on providing exceptional financial planning, without the pressure of business development. The firm’s reputation for clear, jargon-free, and ethical advice drives a high volume of referrals — making this an ideal role for a technically strong adviser who thrives on delivering meaningful, holistic, and intergenerational planning to clients and their families.
You’ll be working closely with an inspiring, entrepreneurial Partner who is passionate about nurturing the next generation of senior advisers within the business. You’ll benefit from full Paraplanning support, a well-structured handover process, and a pathway to future Partnership.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be Chartered (or one exam away)
- Have at least 2-3 years' experience of giving regulated financial advice
- Demonstrate technical expertise and a strong ethical approach
- Be personable, client-focused, and motivated by long-term relationship building
The role offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid format, with occasional travel to London for key client meetings. Year 1 OTE is c.£100k, with projected earnings exceeding £140k+ by year 3.
If you’re looking for a career-defining move where you can grow your influence, earnings, and impact — while working with one of the most respected firms in the sector — we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV or get in touch with Sam at Financial Divisions to find out more.
