Paraplanner Tonbridge, Kent Up to £50,000 Based in Tonbridge and working within a small, collaborative IFA practice, the position offers clear progression towards a senior paraplanning role alongside mentorship from a Chartered Senior Paraplanner with over thirty years of experience in the profession.
You will be carrying out complex suitability research and analysis, producing client reports and providing technical support to the adviser team.
The client base is weighted towards high-net-worth individuals (HNW) approaching or in retirement, so a solid working knowledge of pensions, investments, estate planning and protection is important.
The practice works across a number of platforms including Transact, Aberdeen and Quilter, and experience with cashflow modelling and technical analysis software will be expected.
A Level 4 Diploma is preferred but not essential.
What matters more is a minimum of two years' paraplanning experience within an IFA environment and a sound understanding of FCA regulatory requirements.
The firm will cover the cost of any exams or training you undertake, and progression within the role is clearly mapped out rather than left to chance.
