If you're an experienced IFA Administrator who enjoys delivering exceptional client service and being at the heart of the financial planning process, this is an opportunity to join a highly respected, growing Wealth Management firm where your contribution will be genuinely valued.
Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring clients receive a seamless, professional experience from initial enquiry through to implementation and ongoing reviews. This is a varied, fast-paced position offering exposure to all aspects of financial planning and the opportunity to build a long-term career within a supportive and ambitious business.
The Role
As an IFA Administrator, you'll become an integral part of the advice team, supporting advisers across a broad range of client cases by:
- Processing new business across pensions, investments and protection.
- Preparing client documentation, valuations and annual review packs.
- Managing Letters of Authority and obtaining policy information from providers.
- Maintaining accurate client records and updating back-office systems.
- Monitoring business pipelines and keeping advisers and clients informed throughout the advice process.
- Liaising with providers and third parties to ensure applications progress efficiently.
- Supporting pre-sale and post-sale administration while delivering exceptional client service.
