A highly regarded and fully independent Chartered Financial Planning firm is seeking an experienced Chartered Financial Planner to join its growing team in London. This is a rare opportunity for an adviser who enjoys working closely with clients and delivering high-quality holistic financial planning without the pressure of business development targets. The successful individual will inherit and manage an established portfolio of approximately 100 affluent and ultra-high-net-worth families.

The role is centred on building long-term relationships and providing expert advice across all aspects of wealth management and financial planning.

  • Manage an established portfolio of circa 100 HNW and UHNW client families
  • Conduct annual and ongoing client reviews
  • Deliver holistic financial planning advice across:
    • Retirement and pension planning
    • Investment planning
    • Inheritance Tax (IHT) planning
    • Estate and succession planning
    • Protection planning
  • Oversee client portfolios and identify planning opportunities as client circumstances evolve

Chartered Financial Planner status (or close to completion) is required, along with proven experience advising HNW and/or UHNW clients. Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, trusts, estates and tax planning is essential, as well as the ability to manage an existing client bank with professionalism and attention to detail.

This opportunity would suit an established Financial Planner who values delivering first-class advice and relationship management and is looking to focus on servicing and developing an existing client base rather than undertaking extensive business development activities.
