Salary: Up to £50,000 - Onsite We're recruiting an ambitious Career Paraplanner to join a thriving independent IFA practice in Tonbridge.
This is a genuine opportunity to develop into a senior paraplanning role with expert mentorship and financial backing for your professional qualifications.
If you're hungry to build real expertise in complex wealth planning and work with high-net-worth clients, this role is for you.
You'll undertake complex suitability research and analysis, produce detailed client reports, and provide technical support across our client base.
Working closely with our advisers, you'll handle cases involving pensions, investments, estate planning and protectionoften with clients approaching or in retirement.
You'll be part of a small, collaborative team where your input is valued, and your progression is actively managed.
Requirements: * Minimum 2 years' paraplanning experience within an IFA practice * Strong technical knowledge: pensions, investments, estate planning, protection * Experience supporting HNW clients (retirement planning, wealth management) * Proficiency with investment platforms (Transact, Aberdeen, Quilter preferred) * Competence with cashflow modelling and technical analysis software * Solid understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and compliance * Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (preferred, not essential) You're proactive, detail-oriented, organised and collaborative.
You communicate clearly with advisers and colleagues and aren't afraid to challenge for better client outcomes.
