My client is seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to join their close-knit team near Tunbridge Wells.

This is a fully office-based role working directly with one of their directors—the perfect opportunity to build a lasting career in wealth management.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Supporting a director with day-to-day workload management, including emails, client queries, deadlines and follow-ups
  • Maintaining accurate client files and inputting financial data onto systems
  • Collating client information and ensuring seamless preparation for meetings
  • Chasing pipeline business from start to finish and managing timelines
  • Working compliantly and efficiently to deliver excellent client outcomes
  • Liaising with paraplanners, colleagues and clients to keep everything moving smoothly
  • Producing reports and handling ad hoc requests to keep the team running smoothly
