The Opportunity
An established and growing Chartered Financial Planning firm in Milton Keynes is looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator / Financial Planning Administrator to join its expanding team.
This is a newly created position due to continued business growth and will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to a team of Financial Advisers.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative team environment, working closely with advisers and the existing administration team to ensure clients receive a high-quality and efficient service.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to Financial Advisers
- Processing new business applications
- Supporting advisers with ongoing client administration
- Liaising with clients and providing a professional point of contact
- Preparing and maintaining accurate client documentation
- Managing general administration and business support
- Working closely with advisers and the wider administration team
- Managing a busy workload and prioritising tasks effectively
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
About You
The ideal candidate will have previous experience within IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning and a good understanding of financial services administration.

You will be joining an established and growing St. James's Place Chartered Partner Practice with a team of six Financial Advisers and two existing Administrators.
