We're working with a highly respected, fully independent wealth management business with an outstanding reputation in the industry. Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint a Senior IFA Administrator to support one of their top-performing Advisers, working with a sophisticated portfolio of High Net Worth and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) clients.

The Role

This is far more than a standard administration position. You'll play a key role in delivering a first-class client experience while providing technical support across the full financial planning process. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Letters of Authority (LOAs) and provider correspondence
  • Pension transfers and investment transactions
  • Fund switches and portfolio administration
  • Preparing illustrations, valuations and client documentation
  • Supporting client meetings and annual reviews
  • Maintaining accurate client records and back-office systems
  • Liaising with providers, platforms and third parties
  • Technical administration across pensions, investments, protection and tax planning strategies
  • Working closely with a highly successful Adviser to ensure a seamless client journey
