My client is a highly reputable IFA practice based in the city, seeking a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join their growing team. You'll play a key role in delivering first-class client service and ensuring smooth administration across pensions, investments, and platforms. You'll work closely with senior paraplanners to support financial advisers, compiling compliant research packs, writing suitability reports, managing new business submissions, and liaising with providers. You'll be fully trained to understand how the firm works and the ongoing requirements of its clients.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum three R0 exams passed, working towards Dip(PFS)
  • Relevant experience supporting Independent Financial Advisers
  • Strong technical knowledge of pensions and investments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience writing Suitability Reports and compiling compliant client files
  • Experience with investment platforms and pension provider liaison
  • Degree-level education
  • Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and numeracy
  • Professional telephone manner and strong time management skills
  • Hardworking, positive attitude and good team player
