Junior Paraplanner – Near Bromley – Up to £40,000 + Full Study Support
Ready to build your career in financial planning? Our client, a well-established and growing wealth management firm near Bromley, is looking for a Junior Paraplanner to join its friendly and supportive team.
This role suits someone early in their paraplanning career, or an experienced Technical Administrator or Financial Planning Assistant ready to take the next step. You'll learn alongside experienced Financial Advisers and a Senior Paraplanner, with full support as you work through your Level 4 Diploma.
The role
- Prepare accurate suitability reports and letters to target deadlines
- Carry out research to support client recommendations
- Help the Advisers check that advice is compliant and suitable
- Review clients' financial positions from fact-find information
- Prepare ongoing client reviews in line with service standards
- Work with the administration team to implement new business
- Respond accurately to client queries
About you
- Around 12 months' experience in paraplanning, or a strong background in technical administration within financial services
- Studying towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, or keen to start
- A sound understanding of pensions and investments
- Analytical, accurate and well organised
- Keen to build a long-term career in financial planning
