Working alongside experienced Financial Advisers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional client outcomes while helping to develop efficient processes and systems as the firm continues to grow.
The Role
As a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing high-quality suitability reports and recommendation letters.
- Conducting technical research across pensions, investments and protection.
- Providing pre- and post-meeting technical support to Financial Advisers.
- Liaising with providers and clients where appropriate.
- Managing cases through Intelligent Office (iO) and ensuring accurate client records.
- Assisting in the development of report templates, workflows and operational processes.
- Supporting the continued growth and evolution of the paraplanning function.
About You
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent).
- Previous Paraplanning experience within an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA) or Wealth Management practice.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and protection.
- Experience using Intelligent Office (iO) would be advantageous.
- Excellent report writing, analytical and research skills.
- A proactive, organised and collaborative approach with strong attention to detail.
