We are delighted to be recruiting Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting adults in supported living services across the Greater Manchester area. This role offers fast onboarding, flexible shift patterns, and ongoing work for reliable candidates. Responsibilities
- Provide hands-on, person-centred support to adults in supported living settings.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and supportive environment at all times.
- Act as a positive role model, offering emotional and practical support.
- Follow individual care plans and safeguarding procedures consistently.
- Work flexibly on a rota basis, including days, nights, weekends, and sleep-in shifts.
- Promote the wellbeing, safety, and independence of service users.
Essential Requirements
- Experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Complex Needs, and Autism.
- Calm, confident, and compassionate approach in challenging situations.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Care Certificate or equivalent mandatory training.
- Full UK driving licence desirable but not essential.
