Salary: £26,000 – 27,000 + Annual Bonus (salary raise after 12-week probation period)

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm, plus 1 in 5 Saturdays (9:00am–12:30pm)

A leading UK manufacturer of specialist diving and rescue equipment is looking for an enthusiastic Specialist Rescue Sales Representative to join their growing team. With over four decades of industry expertise, this organisation is recognised worldwide for quality, innovation and exceptional customer support. Full product training will be provided.

The Role

  • Supplying specialist rescue and diving equipment to global customers
  • Delivering high-quality customer support via meetings, email, phone and site visits
  • Processing orders, issuing pro formas and generating sales invoices using Sage 200
  • Working collaboratively with the wider sales and operational teams
  • Measuring customers for drysuits and preparing accurate quotes and costings
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities worldwide
  • Building strong, long‑term customer relationships through regular UK and overseas travel
  • Representing the business at international trade shows and exhibitions

About You

  • Experience in face‑to‑face sales
  • Knowledge of order processing systems (Sage 200 preferred)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Competence in Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • A problem‑solving mindset with strong attention to detail
  • A professional telephone manner
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel in the UK and internationally
