Process Support Specialist Middlewich
Location:Middlewich On-site role
Hours:MonThurs: 7:30am4:00pm, Fri: 7:30am11:30am (flexible and open to discussion at interview)
Salary:£27,000 £33,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About The Role
Were looking for aProcess Support Specialistto join our Middlewich team. In this role, youll be at the heart of driving process improvement, ensuring our operations run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of safety, quality, and hygiene.
Youll create and maintain standard work documentation, analyse process data, audit operational settings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to make tangible improvements in productivity and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and Single Point Lessons.
- Support production and engineering teams to optimize and standardize machine settings.
- Structure, manage, and analyse process data for easy access and actionable insights.
- Audit equipment and processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Track key performance metrics such as throughput, downtime, OEE, and customer complaints.
- Identify and address bottlenecks and inefficiencies through root cause analysis.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure best practices are followed.
