Serve as an ambassador for the Head of Department’s Office & Senior Manager, ensuring timely and appropriate information flow within the department.
Arrange and coordinate internal and external meetings, departmental events, room bookings and liaise with senior stakeholders.
Handle travel arrangements, process expense claims and oversee recruitment administration for the department.
Conduct regular and ad hoc administrative tasks, maintain departmental records and ensure compliance with FCA processes.
