Professional Business Support Operational Excellence Team – Permanent

Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is seeking a dedicated Professional Business Support Operational Excellence team member. The role supports the Enforcement Market Oversight (EMO) division across knowledge & learning, production of management information, recruitment, FOI requests and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high‑quality administrative support to EMO, Knowledge & Learning (K&L) and Operational Excellence teams, ensuring smooth operational processes.
  • Manage day‑to‑day correspondence, purchase orders, invoices and travel arrangements, maintaining professional communication.
  • Coordinate knowledge‑sharing events for the Forensic Investigators Network and plan, organize and deliver training courses and knowledge‑sessions.
  • Maintain and update FCA Intact system records to support regulatory compliance and data accuracy.
  • Prepare agendas, coordinate briefings, manage meeting documents and pending actions; oversee inbox management and follow up on actions.
