The team: The Change Management team within the Service Management function is dedicated to maintaining and protecting the Live Service. They focus on analysing the risks and impacts of IT Changes to ensure service continuity. The team works collaboratively to facilitate the Change Management Process with a strong emphasis on risk mitigation.
What will you be doing?
- Partnering with a team dedicated to IT change management
- Facilitating the change management process with appropriate rigor and risk mitigation when assessing change records
- Supporting problem groups and suppliers with change management processes and driving quality improvements
- Managing the timely processing of incoming change records requests through effective queue management
- Administering SSL certificates to ensure no back-end certificates expire, preventing disruptions to live services
- Producing required monthly management information for the team and contributing to the continuous improvement of change management processes
