The Financial Conduct Authority in London is looking for an L&D Consultant – AI and Data Upskilling to design and deliver an integrated AI and data upskilling programme aligned with the organisation's digital capability model.
You will create learning interventions that blend AI literacy, data literacy and core business skills, sequence learning with tool adoption, define tool-readiness, develop scenario-based modules, embed ethical AI, pilot initiatives, measure outcomes and work with HR.
