In this role you will lead the vision and delivery of a graph analytics product within FCAs DTI to surface actionable regulatory insights. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle from discovery to retirement, balancing user needs with technical opportunities and risk. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists and regulatory stakeholders to translate problems into measurable outcomes. Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision and outcome-based roadmap for a complex graph analytics product
- Lead planning and prioritisation across multidisciplinary teams and dependent platform/engineering teams
- Engage with users and stakeholders to identify problems, test assumptions and translate needs into prioritised outcomes
- Own product performance, adoption, budget, operating costs, risk and lifecycle decisions with transparent reporting
- Review architecture and data models with technical leads to assess where graph approaches add value
- Drive continuous improvement through evidence-based decisions and lifecycle management
- Maintain accountability for product outcomes rather than just delivery management
Key requirements
- Experience leading a complex digital, data, or technology product across lifecycle stages
- Experience managing technically complex data or analytical products
- Demonstrable experience with graph analytics, graph data models, databases and query languages
- Experience owning ongoing performance of a live data or analytical product including governance, security and privacy
