Responsibilities
- Maintaining various in-house fact sheets and reports
- Prepare reports to be sent out to consultants
- Update and upkeep data in our in-house software
- Prepare internal data-centric reports
- Prepare reports meant for investment committee meetings
- Maintain email database to be disseminated out to consultants
- Attend meetings with product providers
- Take meeting notes as and when required
- Other tasks assigned by the Director and Senior Analyst
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma and above in a relevant discipline
- Minimum 1 year experience, Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- IT savvy person, proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- Team Player, able to multitask and work well with tight timelines
