- Seeking UK-based introducers to collaborate on business and property finance opportunities across a number of commercial sectors.
- Actively growing our international network of introducers—particularly those connected to foreign nationals, high net worth individuals (HNWI) and expat investors seeking to make UK residential and commercial property investments.
Role Overview
We are seeking results driven Introducers to join our growing network, working remotely to identify and refer new clients from within their existing professional network contacts. This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity so ideal for individuals with strong business networks in any of the following areas:
- Property: Developers, Investors, Estate and Letting Agents
- Manufacturing, Engineering, Transportation and Supply Chain
- Professional & Regulated Services: Dentists, Pharmacies, Clinics, Legal and Accountancy Firms
- Retail, Hospitality & Leisure: Hotels, Restaurants, Pubs, Franchise Operators
- Financial Services and Lending Professionals
Ideal Profile
- Proven ability to network and engage with decision makers (e.g company directors, property landlords, developers)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in finance, property, or professional services is advantageous
- Able to understand and articulate back any complex financial requirements with confidence,
- Introducers welcome from the following backgrounds but not restricted to – former Directors, former Brokers, former Bankers, Estate Agents & Commercial Agents, former lender BDM (business development managers), Solicitors & Conveyancers, Surveyors & Valuers, Architects & Planning Consultants, IFA & Wealth Managers, Residential Mortgage Brokers, Business Consultants & Coaches, Franchise Consultants, Main Contractors & Builders, Quantity Surveyors & Project Managers
- Non UK and Expat Introducers from any of the above backgrounds also welcome as we are keen to work with international property investors who invest in the UK.
Compensation
This is a commission-based role. A percentage of the fees will be shared with the introducer, in accordance with the terms set out in the signed Introducer Agreement.
