0-5 hours / month We have 6 board meetings per year and four finance subcommittee meetings per year, Working closely with fellow board members, the CEO, and Finance Manager, you will provide strategic oversight of the charity’s financial performance, advise on financial planning, and support our mission to deliver life-enriching services., * Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, and reporting processes.

  • Ensure compliance with charity financial regulations and risk management.

  • Provide guidance on income diversification , fundraising, and financial sustainability.
