We are currently recruiting Chartered Valuation Surveyors across the UK. If you enjoy working within a fast-paced, stretching environment then this is an excellent opportunity to join our highly skilled and diverse organisation. You will be supported by a team of exceptionally experienced and respected colleagues who will share their knowledge and promote your development. You will be home-based and will form part of an area team of residential surveyors. Individuals will be required to undertake mortgage valuations and HomeBuyer inspections on a wide range of residential property types and styles.
Your role will see you take ownership of a postal patch that suits you, covering Mortgage Valuations and Homebuyers Reports at an average of 5.5 points per day.

You will:
Have an open responsive approach to working as part of a team and incorporating new ideas.
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to deal with a wide range of customers, and partners.
Demonstrate strong analytical and judgement skills by interpreting a range of evidence to provide relevant advice, and reach sound conclusions.
Have relevant experience of the commercial and economic environment.
Hold a full driving licence.
