We are currently looking for a Training & Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Derby. As a Training & Development Manager, you will oversee the planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of training programmes across the organisation. You will be responsible for developing engaging learning materials, coaching employees, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your leadership will inspire teams and promote a culture of ongoing professional development, helping us maintain our reputation as a leader in the banking and finance industry.
Requirements of the Mortgage & Protection Training & Development Manager:
- The successful candidate MUST hold full CeMAP or equivalent and have recent and relevant industry experience, this could be in either advising within a regulatory role or Training & Development function.
- A methodical, logical approach with a keen eye for detail.
- The ability to work to deadlines and maintain quality of advice at all times.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines.
- Able to work well as an individual and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive and 'can-do' attitude.
- IT skills and experience including Word, Excel, Outlook.
