Responsibilities:
- Work closely with our advisors to help them progress clients' mortgage and protection applications.
- Receive updates from mortgage lenders and insurance providers, inputting the information on our system and relaying the details to clients.
- Assist the advisor in preparing documentation for the lender and the networks compliance team review.
- Engage in a dynamic role with constant learning opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Good IT skills are essential, with knowledge of Microsoft software (e.g. Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ideally, 1 year of experience as a full or part-time Mortgage Administrator or a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver good customer service.
