Role Description

As a Data Analyst at Finalto, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable insights through impactful dashboards and reporting solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to support data-driven decision-making and help drive continuous improvement in reporting and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
  • Analyse datasets to uncover trends and support business decision-making
  • Work with stakeholders to understand reporting and data requirements
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency in reporting outputs
  • Work with structured datasets to perform data analysis and transformations
  • Support the integration of data from multiple sources
  • Collaborate with data engineers to ensure data is accessible and fit for analysis
  • Contribute to documentation and best practices for reporting and analytics

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI (mandatory)
  • Understanding of data modelling and data warehousing concepts
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Databricks or other modern data platforms
  • Experience in banking, financial services, or fast-paced, data-driven environments is preferred.
