Your Impact

You will work within a small project team to analyze data, evaluate results, generate actionable insights and recommendations, and deliver these to clients. In this role you will liaise with our clients to gather data, conduct research, and perform quantitative analysis. You\’ll be part of our banking client portfolio and may travel to client sites. Projects typically run six months, enabling deep expertise in data and financial topics.

Your Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\’s or master\’s degree in finance, banking, data analysis, economics, strategy, with internship experience.
• 3+ years of experience in data and financial analysis, banking, financial services, insurance, or consultancy.
• Ability to collaborate in a team and foster an inclusive environment across all organizational levels.
• Strong problem‑solving skills through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Excellent time‑management to deliver high‑quality work on deadlines.
• Fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing.
