E-commerce is a team sport. We are seeking a dynamic Global Partnership Manager to lead the strategizing, sourcing and signing of strategic partnerships with key ecosystem players, including Warehouse Management System (WMS) providers, last-mile couriers, robotics Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), data companies such as GS1, and other relevant partners. The role is based in our London office and requires travel.

Responsibilities

  • Partner Sourcing And Identification: Conduct market research to evaluate potential partners' capabilities, strengths, and compatibility with our offerings. Identify potential partners within the ecosystem.
  • Partnership Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential partners to explore collaboration opportunities. Manage negotiations and discussions to establish mutually beneficial partnerships. Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business goals.
  • Contract Negotiation And Closure: Lead the negotiation and drafting of partnership agreements, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives. Collaborate with legal and executive teams to finalize and execute partnership contracts.
  • Collaboration And Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technology, to ensure seamless integration with partner solutions. Facilitate communication and alignment between our company and partner organizations.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships against predefined KPIs. Identify areas for improvement and collaborate with partners to optimize collaboration.

Qualifications

  • 5 year proven experience in partnership management, management consulting, or business development - a must
  • Strong knowledge of the e-commerce fulfillment industry, with a focus on robotic fulfillment technologies
