The Role: Grow Our Global Partner Network
We're looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive our partner network expansion working onsite from our Cardiff HQ at Brunel House.
You'll be part of an energetic, in-person sales floor, connecting daily with car rental businesses around the world, identifying and onboarding new partners into the Final Rentals network.

- Own the sales journey: from initial contact to onboarding, you'll manage the entire lifecycle of new partner acquisition across global markets.
- High-energy outreach: conduct smart email campaigns, cold calls, and Linked In outreach every day from our Brunel House office, engaging car rental companies across the globe.
- Understand partner needs: tailor your approach to each opportunity, clearly articulating how Final Rentals can fuel their business growth.
- Lead negotiations: you'll be at the forefront of communication, turning prospects into long-term partnerships.
- Keep it organised: maintain detailed and accurate records in Hub Spot to track pipeline, performance, and priorities.
- Collaborate face-to-face: work side by side with our onboarding and support teams in Cardiff to ensure new partners have a smooth and successful launch experience.
What We're Looking For
- Proven sales performer: you consistently hit or exceed targets in new business or partner sales.
- Confident communicator: you thrive in high-volume outreach and cold calling environments.
- CRM savvy: you've used Hub Spot or a similar CRM to manage your sales activities and pipeline.
- Full-cycle experience: you understand how to identify needs, pitch solutions, and close deals digitally.
- Presentation skills: excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Bonus points: familiarity with the vehicle rental, travel tech, or partnership industries.
- Location: based onsite, full-time at our Cardiff HQ (Brunel House).
