We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. You will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new sales leads, growing our customer base, and contributing to the company’s expansion plans for 2026.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect and identify potential customers across all sectors throughout Ireland.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to reach target markets.
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Finaghy Group Cleaning services and value proposition.
  • Negotiate and close deals, securing new contracts and exceeding sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Prepare sales reports and analyse data to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the continuous development of sales processes and strategies.
  • Design and profile social media and marketing strategies.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate of leads to sales.
  • Average contract value.
  • Customer retention rate.
  • Revenue growth within the assigned territory.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales with experience in facilities, construction, ventilation or cleaning industry a plus.
  • 3 years of high-growth sales experience, with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing/promotion.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • A valid driving licence and a willingness to travel throughout Ireland.
  • A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
