We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Growth team. You’ll work across a variety of growth challenges, from onboarding and activation, to engagement, retention, and monetisation. You’ll design experiences that help users discover value, drive adoption, and support sustainable business growth. We value designers who can balance commercial goals with great user experience, but are equally comfortable working on classic growth problems like onboarding flows, feature discovery, and engagement loops.

Must Have Experience

  • Has shipped products that demonstrably improved conversion, and revenue metrics.
  • Is comfortable with data analysis and A/B testing methodologies to validate design decisions.
  • Sketching, prototyping, and testing ideas at different fidelities to validate decisions.
  • Maintaining high standards of craft while balancing speed and execution.
  • Has good design taste that drives both user value and business results.
  • Operates with agency, ownership, and autonomy—doesn't wait to be told what to do.

Nice to have, is specific experience designing and shipping monetisation flows and subscription management experiences.

Who This Role Is Not For

  • You're solely focused on detailed design without interest in metrics and business outcomes.
  • You're uncomfortable with data analysis or making design decisions based on quantitative insights.
  • You need a lot of direction or structured processes—you should thrive in open-endedness and ambiguity.
  • You have no interest in monetisation strategies or driving business growth through design.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Owning end-to-end design for growth initiatives; onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetisation.
  • Analyzing user behavior data to identify opportunities for improving acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Supporting new strategies for driving product growth, including pricing experiences for Fin and other AI features.
  • Working closely with engineers, PMs, and data analysts to define problems, run experiments, and measure results.
  • Balancing business goals with user experience to create compelling, high-converting designs.
  • Contributing to growth culture—sharing results, promoting data-informed design, and driving monetisation best practices across teams.

Interview Process

We understand that interviewing for a new role is both time and energy consuming–we aim to be thorough, speedy and transparent in our approach.
