What's the opportunity?
As EMEA Lead of Solution Partnerships, you'll own our partner ecosystem across the region, working closely with our EMEA sales team to drive revenue through solutions partners, system integrators, and consultancies. This is a player-coach role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You'll be the architect of Fin's EMEA solution partner motion – building the regional strategy, managing a team of partner managers, and personally owning a book of business. You'll operate across multiple partners and markets simultaneously, serving as the connective tissue between our partner ecosystem and our EMEA go-to-market teams.
The ideal candidate brings both strategic vision and hands-on execution to partnerships: commercially sharp, energized by building in a market with real momentum, and able to develop others while still delivering personally. You'll manage the full partner lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding, to enablement and long-term growth, while shaping the future of our EMEA partner programs. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and GTM leadership, and you'll be a visible face of Fin in the EMEA partner community.
What will I be doing?
- Own and scale our Solution Partner ecosystem across EMEA – lead regional strategy, partner segmentation, and prioritization across key markets including UKI, DACH, France, Benelux, and the Nordics.
- Manage and develop 2 partner managers – set goals, run 1:1s, coach on partner execution, and build a team culture of high performance and accountability, with the expectation the team grows as the region scales.
- Personally manage a book of business - recruit, onboard, and grow a set of solutions partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-assisted pipeline and revenue across the region.
- Build and execute joint go-to-market programs and demand generation activities with SIs, consultancies, VARs, AI specialists, and MSPs.
- Align partner activity to the EMEA sales team's pipeline – facilitating introductions, mapping accounts, and driving co-sell and partner-sourced opportunities to close.
- Serve as the voice of the partner internally, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner needs and opportunities are surfaced and addressed.
- Shape the future of solution partnerships at Fin by helping define the regional charter, how we scale the team over time, and what a world-class EMEA partner program looks like.
What skills do I need?
- 8–12 years of experience in channel or partner management, with a track record of building and scaling high-performing partner programs in EMEA.
- Prior people management experience – you've managed at least one direct report and know how to coach, develop, and hold people accountable while staying hands-on yourself.
- Proven ability to carry an individual book of business while managing a team – you know how to split your time and don't use management as a reason to step back from execution.
- Deep understanding of the EMEA partner landscape – you know how buying behaviors, partner ecosystems, and GTM motions differ across UKI, DACH, France, and beyond.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills – you've worked with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, and Product to launch and scale partner initiatives.
- A builder's mindset – you're excited to operate in a high-growth environment and design what great looks like. You're comfortable with ambiguity and building without a complete playbook.
- Executive presence and strong relationship-building skills – you're as comfortable presenting a regional strategy to senior leadership as you are working through a partner escalation.
- Strong organizational and operational discipline – you manage multiple active partner relationships and a direct report without dropping balls, and you communicate proactively.
- You don't need to be an AI expert, but you're curious and willing to adopt AI tools to work smarter and deliver better results.
