  • Confidently oversee production of and produce entertaining, impactful organic social content.
  • Establish a scalable process to identify and repurpose relevant US content for International use.
  • Collaborate with the client to develop and implement an International multi-platform social media strategy aligned with US direction and client’s brand values.
  • Leverage performance metrics and social trends to make data-informed decisions, providing actionable insights to spark impactful social activations.
  • In partnership with the client, advise the Customer Care team on organic social media best practices and provide optimisation coaching where relevant.
  • Support Brand Strategy through organic social efforts tied to brand partnerships, cultural moments, and key initiatives.
  • Maintain deep expertise in social media platforms, trends, and best practices; act as a thought leader and share updates, guidance, and strategic implications with wider teams.

Who you are:

  • You have experience at clearly briefing other creatives to deliver content to your vision.
  • You are confident to lead on social production techniques and trends to inspire other creatives.
  • You are a strategic and creative thinker, confident in ideating across social and influencer campaigns.
