This role is offered by Fin London. We are a UK-based creative agency, expert in advertising, digital, social and TV content. The role supports our client, a major global health brand, in their social strategy. This includes influencer and member programming across International markets, ensuring cohesion in organic social and influencer standards. Acting as the key liaison between our client’s team and our in-agency market Producers, the role brings global social expertise to centralised planning and ideation, maximising impact across regions.
There will be close collaboration with our client’s internal teams and strong community engagement skills are required to spark and sustain meaningful conversations. The ideal candidate is creative, highly organised, adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities with ease, and is able to roll up their sleeves to deliver innovative and targeted social content.
What you will do:
- Facilitate the cohesive and efficient extension of the global social media and influencer strategy into appropriate market-level executions that drive brand equity and relevance and build consumer reach and community.
- Partner with the client’s team to drive consistent, high-impact social and influencer/member activations across international markets (approx. 7 markets).
- Lead on and guide the client and in-house Fin Producers on evolving organic social, influencer trends and best practices.
- Concept and create original organic social content tailored for International markets, that go beyond individual content pieces to drive conversation, brand affinity, brand modernity, and cultural relevance.
- Confidently oversee production of and produce entertaining, impactful organic social content.
- Establish a scalable process to identify and repurpose relevant US content for International use.
- Collaborate with the client to develop and implement an International multi-platform social media strategy aligned with US direction and client’s brand values.
- Leverage performance metrics and social trends to make data-informed decisions, providing actionable insights to spark impactful social activations.
- In partnership with the client, advise the Customer Care team on organic social media best practices and provide optimisation coaching where relevant.
- Support Brand Strategy through organic social efforts tied to brand partnerships, cultural moments, and key initiatives.
- Maintain deep expertise in social media platforms, trends, and best practices; act as a thought leader and share updates, guidance, and strategic implications with wider teams.
Who you are:
- 3-5 years’ experience in social media, content creation, and/or marketing.
- You are a proactive social media content creator, with hands-on experience in still photography, video capture, and basic editing; copywriting skills are a strong plus.
- You have experience at clearly briefing other creatives to deliver content to your vision.
- You are confident to lead on social production techniques and trends to inspire other creatives.
- You are a strategic and creative thinker, confident in ideating across social and influencer campaigns.
- You see a trend (or inspiration) and know how to translate it resourcefully and quickly into relevant content.
- You have a passion for culture and trends, with a finger on the pulse of what’s current and emerging.
- You have a strong understanding of brand-led organic social and influencer strategy – including platform best practices, content formats, specs, posting cadence, and disclosure guidelines.
- You are a creative problem-solver with foresight and the ability to develop innovative, practical solutions.
- You have experience managing social media for a brand, either in-house or agency-side, with deep knowledge of platform strategy, trends, and creative execution.
- You have an analytical mindset, with the ability to evaluate programme effectiveness using social listening and measurement tools.
- You have exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal – with a knack for brand storytelling.
- You are a self-starter with the ability to learn quickly, work independently, take initiative, and operate with urgency when needed.
- You are skilled in organic social and influencer reporting, performance analysis, and optimisation.
- Experience in the health and wellness space is preferred.
- You have the ability to empathise with paying members, understand their journey and challenges, and foster a positive brand experience.
- You are fluent in English; additional relevant languages are a plus.
- You have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
