Fin Search are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager on a permanent basis for a well-renowned, global market leader based in Leeds. This is an unrivalled opportunity for an ambitious individual looking for a commercially focused role working at pace and with key stakeholders. This role is akin to running your own small business with the backing and support of a large corporate organisation.
The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home each week. As a Senior Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for providing insight and influence in order to impact performance using financial knowledge to support and guide decision making.
Duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Taking responsibility for monthly Profit & Loss with detailed analysis and commentary
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Detailed profitability reporting and Profit & Loss forecasts
- Assisting in the preparation of the annual forecast whilst constantly working to best practice and ensuring compliance
- Management of a small team to include their development and workload management
The successful candidate will:
- Be 3 - 5 years PQE
- Have immaculate presentation skills
- Have the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
£75,000 + car allowance + up to 20% bonus scheme + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + pension scheme + healthcare + gym membership + hybrid working model + excellent developmental opportunities
