Fin Search are recruiting an Accounts Assistant on a 12 mth FTC basis for a growing services business based in Leeds. This is a FTC to cover maternity leave. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional looking for a fast-paced and varied role working within a small team.
Responsibilities
- Report into a brilliant Financial Controller.
- Manage both the purchase and sales ledgers.
- Assist with wider month end tasks.
- Daily bank reconciliations.
- Manage supplier payments.
- Raise sales invoices.
- Maintain credit control.
- Assist with the preparation of the quarterly VAT return.
- Assist with the production of the monthly management accounts and related reporting as required.
Requirements
- Have worked in a finance/accounts assistant role previously.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Be happy to commit to a 12 mth FTC.
