Fin Search are recruiting a FP&A Analyst role on a permanent basis for a private equity backed and highly acquisitive organisation based in Elland. The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong part qualified/finalist or newly qualified looking for a career move in to an expanding business in a team headed up by a reputable Head of Finance.
Reporting into a qualified Head of Finance, the FP&A Analyst will sit as part of a bright, friendly team, responsible for producing insightful and accurate financial reporting for use by the business in order to aid with key decision making.
Responsibilities
- Using large data sets to create meaningful reports.
- Assisting with liaising with stakeholders, building rapport and understanding their requirements.
- Making suggestions and improvements for new reporting and processes where necessary.
Qualifications
- Be ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist/newly qualified.
- Have worked in a relevant finance role previously.
- Have excellent attention to detail.
- Have strong Excel skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
