Fin Search are recruiting a Financial Planning Manager on a permanent basis for a well performing, private equity backed business based in London. The business has recently made some significant acquisitions, and this role will be to support this area of the business by providing accurate and timely reporting in addition to analysis of performance.
Duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Taking ownership of the planning, management and delivery of the annual budgeting and periodic reforecast processes
- Taking ownership of and improvement to the integrated business planning model
- Ensuring integrity of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow
- Development of accurate capex reporting and analysis
- Working with key stakeholders to ensure robust processes and controls and providing a business partnering service
- Provision of month end performance analysis pack and production of the monthly board report
- Maintenance of monthly financial model
The successful candidate will:
- Have worked in a relevant commercial role previously, ideally FP&A
- Have the ability to demonstrate business partnering skills
- Have excellent financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
- Have excellent attention to detail
£75,000 + up to 20% annual bonus + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + opportunity to purchase up to 10 days additional holiday + hybrid working model (3 days in the office and 2 days at home) + 4x life assurance + private healthcare
