Fin Search are recruiting a Payroll Manager on a permanent basis for a well performing business with an excellent reputation based in Leeds. This business operates on a hybrid basis - 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.

As Payroll Manager, this role will be responsible for supporting in the management of processing all UK payrolls to ensure an accurate and timely payroll run for a high volume of UK employees whilst ensuring compliance with legislation and statutory requirements. Duties will include, however are not limited to:

  • Preparing and reviewing payroll reconciliations
  • Reviewing and improving payroll policies and procedures where required
  • Assisting with software upgrades and developments
  • Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly and yearly reports whilst interpreting current and new HMRC and Employment Law legislation
