Fin Search is recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst on a permanent basis for a high‑performing, private equity‑backed service provider based in Leeds.

The business operates a hybrid working model – 2 days in the office and 3 days a week from home.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially focused and analytical individual looking for a fast‑paced and varied role that adds direct value to decision‑making across the business and contributes to performance.

As a Commercial Finance Analyst, you will provide a value‑added business‑partnering service to stakeholders across the organisation. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing recommendations and proposals based on analysis of financial trends, supplier rates and operating cost analysis, identifying opportunities to automate reporting and analysis where necessary, and supporting revenue and profit target setting for the budget.

The successful candidate will:

• Have worked in a relevant role previously
• Have a commercially focused and analytical mindset
