Fin Search are recruiting a Finance Analyst role on a permanent basis for a private equity backed and highly acquisitive organisation based in Elland. The business is operating a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days at home each week. This is a brilliant opportunity for a strong part qualified/finalist or newly qualified looking for a career move in to an expanding business in a team headed up by a reputable Head of Finance.
Reporting into a qualified Head of Finance, the Finance Analyst will sit as part of a bright, friendly team, responsible for producing insightful and accurate financial reporting for use by the business in order to aid with key decision making. Duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Using large data sets to create meaningful reports
- Assisting with liaising with stakeholders
- Building rapport and understanding their requirements
- Making suggestions and improvements for new reporting and processes where necessary
The successful candidate will:
- Be ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified/finalist/newly qualified
- Have worked in a relevant finance role previously
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong Excel skills
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
£45,000 - £50,000 + CIMA/ACCA study support (if desired) + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) plus Christmas shut down + 5% pension scheme + health cash plan + 4 x death in service + free on site parking + hybrid working model
