Job Overview
Fin Search are recruiting a Commercial Finance Analyst on a permanent basis for a leading private equity backed business based in Leeds. This is a newly created role due to continued strong performance.
The business is expanding rapidly and therefore this is an excellent opportunity for a bright and forward-thinking finance professional looking for a role with a clear route of progression within the business.
The business is operating a hybrid working model – 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.
Responsibilities
As a Commercial Finance Analyst, this role will be responsible for delivering high quality forecasting, reporting, and analysis with a key focus on costs.
Duties will include, however are not limited to:
- Providing a business partnering service to stakeholders across a number of teams
- P&L performance analysis
- KPI analysis and highlighting trends
- Playing a key part in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Involvement in ad hoc business projects and initiatives
Qualifications
The successful candidate will:
- Have a background in commercial finance
- Have excellent presentation skills
- Have the ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
Compensation
£55,000 + up to 25% bonus (£13,750) + 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + personal day off + opportunity to purchase more holiday + contributory company pension scheme + private medical insurance + life assurance + hybrid working model
